Refund policy

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We will gladly accept returns/exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Unfortunately, merchandise received outside of this timeframe is no longer eligible for return and will be sent back. Merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped, with tags and hygienic liner attached, to be eligible.

We provide free shipping on exchanges for our domestic (U.S.) customers. As a small business, we kindly ask for your understanding as domestic shipping on returns and international shipping is not included; postage fees to send merchandise back are the responsibility of the customer. For domestic exchanges, the return label is free. For domestic returns, $4.99 will be deducted from the refund amount.

Price adjustments for sales are not applicable. All sales final on Last Call/Archive Sale items, items $30 and under, and when noted on sales and promotions. We reserve the right to refuse excessive and arbitrary returns.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Return/Exchange Process:

To submit a return request through our website:

Click the profile icon in our main menu, or click 'Account Login' in the footer.

  1. Log in to your account:
    • In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
    • Check your email and open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code.
    • Go back to the account login and enter the six-digit verification code.
  2. Click the order that you wish to submit the return for.
  3. If your order has more than one item, select the item(s) you wish to return.
  4. Select a return reason and add a note if you would like to exchange for another product or size.
  5. Click Request return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label that can be used with the mailer your order arrived in.

To submit a return request through email:

  1. Please email orders@thoseseendancing.com within 30 days of delivery to initiate an exchange or return. In your email, include the order number and/or the name the order was placed under, the item(s) you would like to return, and the item(s) you would like to exchange for.
  2. Domestic Returns: We will email you a return label that can be used with the mailer your order arrived in. Returns shall be sent to the address below.
    International Returns: We will provide you with an address to send back your returning merchandise. The mailer your order arrived in can be reused for your return. We highly recommend using a registered trackable service as regretfully we cannot be held accountable for lost/stolen packages.

    Please contact us if the carrier you are using does not ship to PO boxes.

We will inspect the returned merchandise and process your return or exchange within 7 days upon receipt. Should your return not meet our policy we will communicate the reason to you via email.

Refunds or price differences will be credited back to the original form of payment. An invoice will be issued for any balances due.

For exchanges, we will send your exchanging item(s) to your original shipping address free of any additional shipping fees. Please note that we send exchanges via standard shipping unless otherwise requested. (Expedited shipping can be requested for an additional charge.)
