Those Seen Dancing is sold exclusively online. Dates and locations of trunk shows and pop-ups are announced via email and social media.



Sizes generally run true to size, meaning if you are a certain size in comparable brands, you are likely to be the same size in our brand. The international size and measurement guides are provided as a guide only and may not be accurate across all sizes/styles. All orders ship directly from Honolulu, Hawai‘i, USA. Please take this into account when estimating transit times.

  • Domestic shipping within the U.S.:
    • Standard carbon-neutral shipping $4.99 USD (2-5 business days via USPS Ground Advantage)
    • Express carbon-neutral shipping $11.50 USD (2-Day FedEx Express)
    • FREE Standard carbon-neutral shipping included on orders $75 USD and up
  • International shipping outside the U.S.:
    • UPS Express carbon-neutral shipping - $19 USD (4-10 business days via UPS Worldwide)
    • FREE UPS Express carbon-neutral shipping included on orders $150 USD and up

Regular orders are processed Monday through Friday Hawai‘i Standard Time and will usually leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Approximate shipping times are listed above. Please allow additional time for processing & shipping during high volume periods such as promotions and holidays. You can always check on the status of your order by emailing

All customers are emailed a tracking number as soon as their order ships; however, we are not responsible for tracking orders once they have been shipped. If a package is undeliverable to the address provided, the customer will be held responsible for any additional shipping charges. If a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier and the customer did not receive the package, all claims must be made by the customer with the designated carrier. THOSE SEEN DANCING is not responsible for lost or stolen packages which have been marked as “Delivered” to the address provided.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (orders shipping outside the U.S.):

The actual time of delivery varies on how fast your country will release the order from customs; we have no control over how long this takes. THOSE SEEN DANCING is not liable for any customs clearance fees in the destination country upon arrival or any additional fees that are charged by carriers for shipping or processing. All applicable taxes, customs fees, and duties are the responsibility of the customer and differ between countries. THOSE SEEN DANCING itself does not charge any duties or taxes on international orders.

Please note shipping times are approximates only and we cannot be held responsible for any unexpected delays once your order has been shipped, including clearance delays. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.



We will gladly accept returns/exchanges if contacted at within 30 days of delivery. Merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped, with tags and hygienic liner attached, to be eligible.

We are now happy to provide free shipping on exchanges for our domestic (U.S.) customers. As a small business, we kindly ask for your understanding as domestic shipping on returns and international shipping is not included; postage fees to send merchandise back are the responsibility of the customer.

Price adjustments for sales are not applicable. All sales final on Archive Sale items and when noted on sales and promotions. We reserve the right to refuse excessive and arbitrary returns.

Return/Exchange Process:

To submit a return request through a customer account:

Click the profile icon in our store's navigation, or click on the link here.

  1. Log in to your account:
    • In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
    • In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
    • Go back to the account login and enter the six-digit verification code.
  2. Click the order that you wish to submit the return for.
  3. If your order has more than one item, select the item(s) you wish to return.
  4. Select a return reason and add a note if you would like to exchange for another product or size.
  5. Click Request return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label that can be used with the mailer your order arrived in.

To submit a return request without a customer account:

  1. Please fill out this Return/Exchange Form and email us at within 30 days of the delivery to initiate an exchange or return. (If exchanging items, you may want to inquire whether the item[s] you want to exchange for are in stock.) Please include the order number and/or the name the order was placed under.
  2. To go paperless, please attach a digital copy or photo of the completed form, OR include all information requested on the form in your email. (If preferred, you may email us to initiate your return and send a printed copy of the form back with your items, but this is not necessary.)
  3. Domestic Returns: We will email you a return label that can be used with the mailer your order arrived in.
    International Returns: Please send back your returning merchandise to the address below. The mailer your order arrived in can be reused for your return. We highly recommend using a registered trackable service as regretfully we cannot be held accountable for lost/stolen packages.

For domestic exchanges, the return label is free. For domestic returns, $4.99 will be deducted from the refund amount.

We will inspect the returned merchandise and process your return or exchange within 1-2 business days upon receipt. Should your return not meet our policy we will communicate the reason to you via email.

Refunds or price differences will be credited back to the original form of payment. An invoice will be issued for any additional charges.

For exchanges, we will send your exchanging item(s) to your shipping address free of any additional shipping fees. Please note that we send exchanges via standard shipping unless otherwise requested (additional charges may apply for expedited shipping).



We carefully inspect each item before selling it to our customers, but we understand that sometimes faults do occur. In the unlikely case of a manufacturers defect, returns for store credit/exchanges are applicable. If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at as soon as possible.

Your garment is made to last; however, we are not liable for general wear and tear. Please use caution around rough surfaces and be mindful of prolonged exposure to chlorine and products such as lotions and sunscreen. We recommend hand or machine washing on a gentle cycle in cold water with mild detergent, and line drying in the shade.
