SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

This Shipping & Return Policy is part of our Terms of Service. Checking out at our store means that you agree to our Terms of Service. We want to make sure you are fully aware of our policies before you make your purchase.

 

SHIPPING

All swimwear orders ship directly from O'ahu, Hawai'i, USA.  Pricing is as follows:

  • Shipping within the US - $7 USD USPS Priority Mail (1-5 days) / $21 USD Priority Mail Express (1-2 days) / Free for orders of $150 USD or more
  • International shipping (7-21 days) - $25 USD USPS/UPS/FedEx / Free for orders of $150 USD or more

Regular swimwear orders are processed Monday through Friday Hawaii Standard Time and will usually leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days. All US domestic orders are shipped via USPS within 1-5 business days or express 2-day (approximate times).

 

All sunnies orders ship directly from our supplier in China. Shipping on sunnies is FREE to almost all countries worldwide. Please allow 7-21 days to ship (unfortunately we do not offer alternative shipping options for sunnies at this time). We work with a variety of different suppliers so please bear in mind when ordering more than one pair they can arrive at different times.

 

All customers are emailed a tracking number as soon as their order ships; however, THOSE SEEN DANCING is not responsible for tracking any orders once they have been shipped. If a package is undeliverable to the address provided, the customer will be held responsible for any additional return shipping charges (as well as original shipping charges). If a package status is “Delivered” and the customer did not receive the package, all claims must be made by the customer with the designated carrier. THOSE SEEN DANCING is not responsible for lost or stolen packages which have been marked as “Delivered” by USPS tracking to the address provided. The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss or damage of these items.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (any orders shipping outside the US):

The actual time of delivery varies on how fast your country will release the order from customs; we have no control over how long this takes. Please note the USPS cannot guarantee delivery once a parcel has been passed off to the local postal service of the destination country. The customer assumes all liability of lost or misdelivered parcels. THOSE SEEN DANCING is not liable for any customs clearance fees in your country upon arrival or any additional fees that are charged by carriers for shipping or processing.

 

Please note shipping times are approximates only and we cannot be held responsible for any unexpected delays once your order has been shipped, including clearance delays. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

 

INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES:

All applicable taxes, customs fees, and duties are the responsibility of the customer and differ between countries. THOSE SEEN DANCING itself does not charge any duties or taxes on international orders.

 

RETURN POLICY

We hope you love your purchase; however, we will gladly accept returns/exchanges if contacted at orders@thoseseendancing.com within 5 days of delivery date for exchange or store credit only. If multiple items were purchased and the customer is keeping one or more of the items, refunds for the additional items will be allowed. Return shipping back to the warehouse is not included; all postage costs to send item(s) back to the warehouse are the responsibility of the customer. THOSE SEEN DANCING has the right to refuse service to excessive and arbitrary returns.

Return Process:

  1. Please contact us at orders@thoseseendancing.com within 5 days of the delivery date of your purchase. Items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed and in original sellable condition with tags and hygienic liner attached, inside original packaging.
  1. You must obtain a Return Authorization Form and number prior to shipping items back. To obtain a return authorization form/number, please email orders@thoseseendancing.com with the subject line “RETURNS” – please include the order number and the name the order was placed under.
  1. Send the Return Authorization Form along with your returning garments via a registered trackable service to: THOSE SEEN DANCING – RETURNS, PO BOX 161185, HONOLULU, HI 96816.

*We highly recommend sending items using a tracking service as regretfully we cannot be held accountable for lost/stolen packages.

Once you have been issued your return authorization number, you have 4 days from the day the number was issued to send the item(s) back or we reserve the right to cancel/reject your return. Returns postmarked outside of this timeframe are subject to rejection. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Form.

  1. Once we receive your return we will inspect the garment(s) and issue your store credit. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt. All items will be inspected upon return – items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with original packaging, tags, and hygienic liner still attached. If hygienic liner is not attached, due to hygienic reasons the return will be rejected. Should your return not meet our criteria we will communicate the reasons to you via email.

 

FAULTS

In the unlikely case of a manufacturers defect, returns for store credit/exchanges are applicable. We inspect each item thoroughly before selling it to our customers. Please check your item(s) carefully once they are received. All manufacturing defect related returns/exchanges must be processed within 5 days of receiving the item(s). If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, THOSE SEEN DANCING will gladly cover the postage costs for a replacement.

 

Your garment is made to last; however, we are not liable for general wear and tear. Please use caution around rough surfaces and be mindful of prolonged exposure to chlorine and products such as lotions and sunscreen. We recommend hand washing or machine-washing on a gentle cycle in cold water.

 

TIME FRAME

Regular orders are processed Monday through Friday Hawaii Standard Time and will usually leave our warehouse within 2-3 business days. Please allow additional time for processing during high volume periods such as promotions and holidays. You can always check on the status of your order by emailing orders@thoseseendancing.com.

 

PRIVACY
